I’d like to sell my 2009 ed Berkeley Review books. I’m not sure if this is the right place to post, if not… i’m sure the moderators will direct it to where it needs to be.
Included is Orgo I & II, Bio I & II, Gen Chem I & II, Physics I & II and Writing. The whole set is $150 (negotiable)
Some highlighting and marks in a few passages… overall very clean!
I also have unmarked, unused practice tests.

To add to this thread I also have some MCAT prep books I would like to sell, if Richard says it is okay.
If the books are retail items, that is NOT used for courses, there is no issue.
If they are proprietary course materials, it becomes a little more complicated. It all depends on what the test prep company states in their books and/or what the conditions that you accepted when signing up and/or paying for the course.
However, those agreements are between you and the company and differ by year, by course, by company, etc. I see such items for sale on eBay and other sites. OPM takes the position that those who post such items do so in good-faith and have the right to sell such items.
I would ask that posters clearly state what they are selling and that further communication be done offline.
In short, I dont think it will be an issue so go ahead. If for some reason it becomes an issue, we’ll deal with it then.

Nope–I only wish I’d known earlier! I would love to have gotten my materials from one of you guys as opposed to paying strangers for it.

Okay so I have the Exam Crackers MCAT Study Package that has been highlighted a little, but the Complete MCAT that comes with it is untouched I think.

I also have the complete set of Kaplan Study guides. They are the same ones that kaplan gave out for free on iBooks last year and I believe they are still for sale on there. With that I also have their compete set of flash cards and study notes. PM me for more info
