Hello!
I am from Europe. Could you please tell me what this “New Writing Paper” is… Is it like a SAT, or what? Do you know how I could take it, where, when, etc?
I’d greatly appreciate any information you can give me on this subject, simply because when I did a Google search, nothing coherent came up (most of the sites that the search came up with were from Oxford).

It’s Oxford’s inelegant way of saying that the SAT now has a written section. You can find out exactly what’s required to prepare for and take the SAT here:

Nearly everyone on THIS board took an SAT that is almost unrecognizable from the form that is being given nowadays, so I doubt we can give you a lot of concrete advice. But the College Board’s site will get you started on your prep. Good luck!
