Study habits that work for you in med school

I know that we have some incredibly organized and smart people on this board and I thought it would be interesting to hear what study habits worked for different people in med school. It seems like I am switching my habits every block or so and though I am doing fine in my classes, I still don’t feel like I have found my perfect method. So, if you have a system that is working well for you please post!

Not incredibly organized by starting to figure out that exercing every day. I am a 2.5 hour block of time study person. It takes me 15 minutes to get organized and focused and then I get up and move. I plan backwards from exams and think about reading everything at least 3-4 times. My ideal (doesn’t always happen) Reading notes from class within 24 hours afterwards and if possible look over handouts 24 hours before class. That leaves me 3 days later time to review again and then once more night before exam.
Hope that helps
