The long wait. What to do during the wait to hear back/start med. school.

I am curious on what people plan on doing or did after they completed their MCAT and application. Even if/when you get accepted there is still an 8-12 month wait to start medical school.


Did you take additional classes? If yes, which ones? Did you get more volunteer time in? Did you go back to your old line of work (just in case you do not get in)?
