Hey everyone!
Just finished my first 12 weeks and am recuperating with a much-needed week long fall break. OMG!!! I can’t believe how incredibly difficult this is. Thought I knew how to study… no way! At the same time, this has been the most fantastic adventure. My classmates are incredible, the faculty amazing. We’ve interviewed patients, spent time on the wards with 3rd/4th year students, been exposed to a myriad of new ideas, and learned more than I ever could have imagined learning in such a short period of time. I still have to stop and pinch myself to make sure this is all for real. And you know what? I am beginning to believe, down to the very core, that I am really going to be a physician. Hang in there, everyone! We can and will do this…
