What is SN2? How do I find the study plan?

Greetings and Happy New Year!


I am taking the MCAT May 31st and have been reading the forums. I am unfamiliar with the SN2 study plan that I have seen mentioned and when I did a search for it, I received forums that did not give a clear description or link. Can anyone help me with that?

There are 3 and 4 month versions. It is pretty intensive.
