Who are considered URM's?

I grew up in a household with my mother and grandfather, who are both from Cuba, and my father who is Italian. Is cuban considered an URM? I have read conflicting answers regarding this.

There isn’t a hard definition of what URM means. Classically it was “Blacks, Mexican-Americans, Native Americans (that is, American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians), and mainland Puerto Ricans”, but the AAMC changed that in the early 2000s to kind of leave it open for interpretation (https://www.aamc.org/initiatives/urm/).
